What does “Full Service Interior Design” actually include?
Our full-service offering covers every stage of your project — from initial concept and space planning through to final styling and installation. We handle all design development, procurement, contractor collaboration, and project fulfilment, ensuring a seamless experience and a cohesive, beautifully executed result.
How involved will I need to be in the process?
You can be as hands-on or hands-off as you wish. Most of our clients choose us because they value our ability to manage every aspect — from sourcing to site meetings — so they can enjoy the transformation without the overwhelm of day-to-day decisions.
What size or type of project is best suited to Full Service Design?
Full service is ideal for clients undertaking whole-home/commercial refurbishments, extensions, or new builds, where design, procurement, and installation are all required. It’s also perfect for second homes or pied-à-terres.
How long does a project usually take?
Timelines vary depending on scope, but most full-service construction projects run between six months to three years from design to completion.
For smaller projects which don’t require structural changes, the timeline is quicker. This is an investment, we want to get it right and although the timeline is important, the quality of work is more so.
There are also multiple factors to consider and how quickly you move on decisions will greatly impact timings. We will discuss timescale before we start a project.
What budget should I expect?
We tailor every design to your goals, each project is different and bespoke and has different complexities & factors to consider.
Our Full Service Design fees are determined after a briefing meeting and they are broken down for each interior design process.
For smaller projects we work on an hourly rate of £90 + VAT. We have a minimum of 50 hours attached to our projects.
The majority of our projects take between 12-18 months and our fees reflect this investment.

Luxury design projects involve hundreds of decisions, suppliers, and technical details. Our full-service approach saves you time, avoids costly mistakes, and delivers a cohesive, expertly executed home or commercial space that feel both beautiful and personal.
At what stage of a project do you, as the Designer, get involved?
Ideally, right from the very beginning. It’s a common misconception that interior designers join a project only at the end to “add the finishing touches.” In reality, our role starts much earlier.
On construction and renovation projects, we prefer to collaborate alongside the architect from the outset. While architects excel at shaping the structure and flow of a building, our expertise lie in carving out the interior spaces — ensuring that every room, doorway, and view works beautifully for the way you live.
Early involvement allows us to influence key decisions such as window and door placements, room proportions, and spatial flow. In some cases, we’ll even recommend extending a space or reconfiguring layouts to achieve the perfect balance between form and function.
By joining at the start, we help create a home or business that not only looks stunning but feels effortless and cohesive from the inside out.
Do you source contractors or can we use our own?
You are welcome to use your own contractors. However, we are happy to recommend contractors to our clients that we have worked with on previous projects.
The contract of engagement sits between you and your chosen contractors, as we will not be responsible or liable for the quality of other trades work.
We offer project fulfilment for the design elements of the project and communicate with all the contractors working on a project – but we do not manage disputes or construction work.
